CIRCUITS
Run by George Harris, consists of various stations for a full body workout. Format changes weekly to keep it interesting and exciting. Suitable for those with low fitness levels up to extremely fit individuals.
Run by Brendan Lyons, with over 20 years experience in the industry. The classes reflect that in its quality of a workout and suitability to those of all abilities.
BOXING
Run by Darren Wilson, specialising in boxing. His credentials speak for themselves having trained Pro boxer Nathan Cleverley and currently training Bellator fighter Brett John’s. This class will have you leaving knowing you’ve given everything and more.
HIIT Training
High. Intensity. Interval. Training. Short Bursts of Intense exercise followed by brief periods of rest to achieve the ultimate calorie burn.
HIIT & BOX
Boxing Style workout, with the explosiveness of a HIIT class. Short and sharp work periods of Boxing combinations and both Bodyweight and weighted exercises throughout too.
GLUTES & PUMPS BY BODY BISI
Run by Simon Lewis, having competed in bodybuilding himself and training many others to accomplish major things in bodybuilding world. This class is a great workout for those perhaps new to weightlifting and those who aren’t. The work is hard and the pump is even bigger.
SPIN CLASSES
45 Minutes of Spinning which can change in an instant. To keep your body in constant shock, Sprints into climbs and even Bodyweight exercises whilst spinning. Brendan Lyons can maximise your workout on a bike.
MEDBALL CLASSES
Run by Chris Davies, this class is something never seen in any other gym. Nothing more than a 3-4Kg MedBall. Sounds easier than it really is. If you’re up for the challenge it’s definitely worth a go.
BOOTCAMP
Brendan Lyons knows how to get the absolute most out of everyone, no matter your fitness levels. You never know what will be planned, but can promise you leave knowing you’ve given your all.
Dirtyshock Spin
Instructed by Felicity Jones, the newest addition to our list of classes. The only class of its kind in the area, Spin meets full body choreography. Limited spaces, it’s not to be missed.

Brendan Lyons
Brendan Lyons has over 15 years experience in personal training as well as running the family business. He also has a Level 4 experienced from grass roots to high profile clients.
George Harris
George Harris has been working at Lyons Den since 2018 . He has a Level 3 personal trainer qualification and is very experienced in fat loss and nutrition.
